EXCELLENT info thanks ZM. I am using tape that is made to wrap around plumbing fixtures when joining (to prevent leaks). It is miniscule thin, lighter than air, made of plastic so I can write with a sharpie. (Sharpie now makes an "INDUSTRIAL" model, yes indeed, normal Sharpie ink doesn't last in the sun (at least not where I live)
I left Geo Seed's response re: tetra clarification on Houzz, but I'll post it here too:
1. Cupcakes Series and Cresto? Which will produce greatest percent of true to type scab flowers?
>Cupcakes will produce the greatest percent
2. I need cactus and was about to order your "super cactus" but a friend warned me yours may be tetraploids even though they're not indicated as such, please clarify
>Ours are tetraploids
3. Also, do you sell the California Giant or equivalent zinnia?
>State Fair or Dahlia Flowered will be the equivalent to California Giants
