I moved my monstera to a brighter spot that receives direct sun and bright indirect light after repotting it over 3 months ago. In its previous location (with less light) it was able to produce leaves that had 5 holes in total, I water when it tells me it needs watering, it is planted in terracotta with a well draining soil with perlite, coco coir and orchid bark.
The roots are already growing out of the terracotta pot I repotted it into just a few months ago, suggesting that the plant is producing healthy roots and that they are healthy.
As I have moved this plant to a brighter spot that actually receives some morning sun, I would expect to see larger leaves with more fenestrations but it is doing the opposite and is continuously producing leaves with none. I know this isn't an issue of lighting as my monstera Adansonii which is partially shaded behind my monstera deliciosa (therefore receiving less light) is producing more and more fenestrations with much larger leaves.
I must add though, my monstera is growing faster in this new brighter spot.
There are no pests on this plant.
I fertilise this plant every 2 weeks during the growing season.
Is anyone able to help? Although the roots are growing out of the pot I don't think that they have had enough time to fill out the pot itself and therefore isn't root bound to the point where the plant is stunted. Photos below
