Your photos are so densely packed as close ups its hard to see the entire plant. Your leaves are pinnating, not fenestrating. Fenestration is the true holes that they produce in the center of the leaves between the veins that don;t reach the leaf margin.
It would help to see a long view of your plant.
Monstera do not tend to start pinnating until the leaves have started to climb a support, and the don;t tend to fenestrate until they are fairly old. Your plant still looks pretty juvenile.
