Yes Joe, do not stress to much on Raphidophora propagation in Jakarta. The only thing I could add is that they would need quite a lot of time to grow and settle, do not disturb it too much, disturbing a plant during propagation too much, will just give them un-needed stress. Just put in a bright but shade area, keep the medium moist but not soggy, and wait for couple of months or three. (NOT weeks)...the yellowed bottom leve will got away soon but that's is all right. (and, do not worry, even if you failed once, there are lot of them on tokopedia or other store
, although some seller do sell it on crazy price, there are still many who sells on cheap price, especially on tetrasperma and pertusa). For R tetrasperma, I just grow cutting directly on medium with soil (not even providing sphagnum... (i'd rather use sphagnum moss for other more difficult plants rather than Raphis or Monsteras),... but yes sphagnum are better in keeping moisture, but if you are really have bad luck with Raphidophora, than Vit B-1, and bit of rooting hormones will be great ( I use Liquinox start and Rootone F, but only for rare type Raphidophora, not regular one). I do not use "PAM" water for my plants, rain water is better, and I happens to have river flowing near home, so I never use PAM for watering plants, it gave me bad result in the past.
