Hi, I also have the same problem with the most recent leaf. I've had 2 new leaves before the most recent and they all had splits in them the most recent one does not have any. The same is happening for the other vines. Am I doing something wrong? I have not move this plant and I water the same as I always do. I have grow light but have not fertilized since October. Oh it is winter time where I'm from.
Here is a picture of my monstera. The new one does not have any splits and the older one had splits.
