I don't water my rosemary sometimes for 2 weeks, but I have mine in a big pot, deep for the roots to drain well. I have gotten for the month of May an excess of 25 and a 1/4" of rain and my rosemary is outside. No yellow leaves, but good draining, so WAIT 4 days past a dry pot- even if it is hot outdoors- just give it a bit of afternoon shade,
