I didn't see this thread before just now. I was following a lead and landed on their site a couple of days ago. This morning I completed the permit process and got it within about 10-20 minutes.

The site says that with the permit, you can't order more than 50 seed packets. Peppers and tomatoes are restricted without phytosanitary certification. The company will run the PCR for $14.99 so it's an add-on to your order if you want tomatoes. Cheap really. Anyway, then you pick a port of entry and send the USDA shipping certificate. In order to do all that, you also have to verify your identity which is a multiple step process. It wasn't terribly difficult but there are several steps. But when I went to complete my order, the company said they're not back until Feb 29. So ..I have to wait to complete my order. But. The company has a good handle on how to legally complete US orders.

Quick update: The being away pink box preventing me from completing my order is gone. It asked me to get all the way to payment stage and now a pink box days no payment method are available. I emailed them but no answer yet. I went to their FB page but there has been no post since early 2023. I know a lot of companies don't keep up with social media. It also looks like some seeds varieties have sold out since I first started looking at their site a few days ago. So... Nothing yet. I'd be curious to know if anyone has very recent experience with them.

After checking multiple times today, I was never able to complete an offer. Now when I log on I get the following... No way to complete a payment method. ..
Thumb of 2024-02-29/UrbanWild/d5dddd

After continuing to scan my order page, payment is the last step. But now. Further down my order, I get the following box:

Thumb of 2024-02-29/UrbanWild/f1f2fb

When clicking on payment method, it takes me back to the pink box saying they're out until tomorrow. When clicking on terms and conditions, it does nothing. I also tested desktop vs phone

I'm close to giving up on them.

I did get a reply back stating they have fixed it. However, when I went to complete the order it told me that one of the tomatoes was not available for the US. So I took it off the order and replaced it with something else. No more pink error boxes. So I went to complete again and it told me another tomato wasn't available in the US. I took it off the order. Same thing. Rather than piecemeal for each tomato, I replied back to their email asking if any tomatoes were available in the US. I'll let folks know here when I find out something.

It's worth noting they've had a couple bad years in Irpin, Ukraine where they are locateed. It's a town outside the city of Kyiv but still located in Kyiv oblast (think very roughly county in US terms.) They were the site of heavy fighting two years ago and took significant infrastructure damage. It's gotten better than literal fighting in the streets but they are still in an area where Russian missile strikes targeting already patched together utilities and other infrastructure are routine. Losing power, internet, and cell phone coverage are things that likely just happen on an all too frequent basis for them.

War is a bit of a nightmare for quality customer service.

I do know that and it's the only reason I've persisted. It also factors in to changing a purchase to have the benefit of targeting money where it could have greater impact.

They have responded today that tomato and pepper seeds have recently taken 3 months getting through USDA/Customs here even with the PCR Phytosanitary Certificate provided. With that in mind I dropped all of the tomatoes from my order and replaced them with other offerings. Now I'm awaiting word to see if I can pay via PayPal. The default option is VISA. If this all works out, I'll be trying their tomato offerings next winter and far in advance of need.

For those considering this company, PayPal is no longer an option. Confirmed via email. The only option left is a VISA card...

Don't buy a prepaid Visa. I went to the store and got one so I could complete this order. Once I got home, I punched in all the info. After hitting the button to complete, the website took me to the homepage. I checked my email and it was declined. I called the number on the back and they said the card is only good within the USA. Grumbling

So... I've emailed them to see if there are any other options. I'd really like to place the order but I'm worn out. Anyway, I thought of list the prices here so that others could be prepared when they try to order. I still have hope but the light has dimmed.

I got an email from them saying they're working on other payment options but no idea of timetable. Still hopeful.

Visa only according to them.

My shipping cart ended up getting cleared somehow so I'm going to forgo entering it all back again in case other payment options might be become available at some point in the future. I'll cross my fingers for Fall. I would really like to order from them.
