Wisconsin
I have a lot of bearded irises on one side of my houses that have been there for many years. I'm having work done on that side of the house. How do I dispose of these plants? ( Nobody wants them.)

Compost? Green waste bins? A shame none of your friends/neighbors want them.

Local gardening club? Neighborhood freebie site? Craigslist? Or leave them in a box at the curb with a "free" sign.

I also cannot give away all the extra red Canna indica I saved. I put it on our neighborhood Facebook group and left by the curb for a couple weeks. Had a couple takers. The rest may go in yard waste.
Plant it and they will come.
