Peruvian apple (Cereus repandus) is a spectacular columnar cactus with gorgeous flowers and attractive, edible fruit which people eilther seem to either love or hate. I've heard it described as tasting like everything from vanilla sorbet (yum!) to slimy okra (yuck). You can learn more about it here: https://swgardener.com/peruvia...
