I give and receive a lot of thumbs up on the forums in which I participate. While the compliments are nice and very appreciated they are consuming a lot of space. How do I get rid of them of delete/stop the option that lets me receive these?

I DO NOT want to stop my Tree Mail notifications. I only want to stop the thumbs up.
