We trap and take cats to get fixed thru a program called catnip, thru the university of fl. Yesterday I heard some really exciting news, well to me. From now on, all cats brought into the ASPCA will be nipped and released..not killed Hurray! Hurray! Hurray! Some people are pretty ticked off, but im not one of theml. The cut the tip off an ear to show they have been nipped already.
