It looks like your Monstera could be repotted at any time now; not urgent, but okay now or in the next couple of monthe. A larger pot will not make it grow more and it can be repotted at any time of year. When you do repot, use a pot only one size larger and peat-based soilless potting mix with some added perlite. Add enough potting mix to the bottom of the new pot so that the top of the rootball is about a half-inch below the rim of the pot. Do not add potting mix to the top of the rootball.
