I remember their roses were just splendid! We used to call it 'The Rose Garden' a lot instead of Fellow's Riverside Garden. A lot of people did. Had you ever heard it referred to this way? They also have a beautiful display of herbs and I seem to remember a shade garden and lots of different spring flowers in certain beds. They also used to do art shows and periodic plant sales. Very enjoyable.

What a great place to get out and do some exercise. Couldn't think of a more perfect place for a walk. Envy that you get to see all the Daylilies. Ahhh...the scent and sight. I'm sure the humidity is a treat too. Rolling my eyes. That is the one thing I do not miss!
To boldly grow where no man has lawn before.
