A martagon hybrid of mine, L. martagon x Brotsing, destined for the dinner table. The 2.5 inch diameter bulb is virus infected. You would never know by looking at it! I will split it in half, and put the pieces in the fridge, and begin testing how long it takes to become sweeter, or, maybe it needs actual freezing temps?
